Debby Ryan's Hair Style:

Actress Debby Ryan, who plays Bailey Pickett in The Suite Life on Deck, wears her hair down in a challenging, almost but not quite elegant hair style.

Debby's very long, wavy hair is arranged in front and back sections divided by a thin metal headband.

The rear section is raised and widened, with strands drawn forward over the headband to form a continuous line with the hair on either side of her forehead. The visual effect is of a central wedge tapering back from the top of her forehead - indeed, from the tops of her cheeks - all the way to her crown.

Trapped between these tapering lines, the front section forms a curtain of long, wispy bangs covering her forehead and eyebrows completely.

Her barrel waves layers continue to widen as they fall thickly and evenly past both shoulders.

This young celebrity hairdo is intended to be formal, even glamorous, but slips into the category of ill-advised and overblown, with Debby recalling once again that misguided adventure in hair design by fellow teen Ana Maria Perez de Tagle.
