Sabrina's hair is parted off-center. One section plunges in a big s-curve that rounds and narrows her forehead and covers the top of her cheek, then merges into the feathered-back lengths on the side. Opposite, her hair angles down till it reaches eye level, then follows the natural line of her cheek.

As an exercise in face-narrowing it doesn't really work, but this is still a very cute formal celebrity hairstyle.
