About this hair style:
Gloria Reuben aged 44
Tuesday 20 January 2009
Gloria Reuben's Hair Style:
Actress and celebrity Gloria Reuben, Raising the Bar's Rosalind Whitman and ER's Jeanie Boulet, has long, extremely curly hair in a half updo or up half down style. Her hair color is very dark brown.
An extremely curly half up, half down hairstyle that leaves the face completely open.
The hair is not parted. Instead, the hairline is exposed by drawing the hair up and back, away from the face.
At the temples and sides the hair is drawn backwards more or less horizontally, so that it tucks behind the ears or flows just over the top of them.
The hair above the forehead is lifted straight up from the hair line to create height, and is then drawn loosely backwards to preserve this added height and volume.
All the strands drawn behind the head are fastened at the back so that the hair forms a smoothly rounded shape above the ears.
Almost immediately, long wavy layers fan out again at the back, from behind the ears. Remaining well clear of the cheeks as they fall towards the shoulder and back, these layers leave the lower face exposed.
Hair Style: half up half down
Hair Length: long
Hair Texture: extremely curly
Hair Color: very dark brown

Fringe (Bangs): No
