Shoulder length hair is parted just to the right of center. On both sides, the hair is drawn down almost symmetrically from the part. On the slightly broader left side, the hair strand is lifted and drawn briefly sideways before beginning its steep descent. It crosses the tip of the eyebrow and runs straight on, almost touching the corner of the eye and crossing the line of the cheek level with the tip of the nose. The hair opposite almost mirrors this path. Beginning its descent immediately at the part, it keeps the same trajectory at eyebrow and eye, but travels all the way down the cheek till it exits at the corner of the jaw. Long, straight, silky hair falls loosely on either side, turning in at the ends and framing the base of the throat.
