The part runs backwards on a slight angle to the left. On the right side of the part a long, S-shaped section of hair drops down over the forehead and onto the cheek. The S-shaped section begins at the part, curving out towards the edge of the forehead. Turning slowly through the vertical and bending in slightly, it touches the tip of the eyebrow and the corner of the eye before curving sharply outwards again. Just below eye level it crosses the cheek line, leaving the lower face exposed. Right of the part a set of tousled bangs descends steeply down the forehead. With only the vaguest curve these bangs graze the eyebrow and pass the eye without touching it. Here, level with the eye, the front strand does curve suddenly outwards. Beneath it, a longer layer continues without bending, crossing the face line half way down the cheek on a level almost matching the S-shaped curve opposite. From the middle of both cheeks down the lower face is exposed, though the long, widening side layers of wavy hair reach inwards as they fall towards the shoulders.
