Short, wavy hair is parted right of center and drawn away from the face so that the hair line is exposed.

On either side of the part a front section out, curving away from the forehead to reveal the exposed hair line along the top of the forehead and at the temple.

On the left this front section first sweeps up from the part to build height and a pleasing curve above the middle of the forehead. At the side it sweeps backwards and up, and the layers behind gradually taper in to the neck.

Opposite, the height is added by another section just behind. The front section itself runs horizontally to the right in a big curve, out past the ear and in again to touch the lobe.

A series of layers echo this curve as they widen round the face and gradually, as on the left, taper in to the neck.
