About this hair style:
Laura Linney aged 45
Saturday 24 January 2009
Laura Linney's Hair Style:
Actress and celebrity Laura Linney has long, wavy hair in a down style. Her hair color is blonde over a dark base, with pale blonde highlights.
The hair is parted in the middle but looks like it's parted on the left.
A front section, left of the center part, is lifted like a quiff to create extra height but is then drawn off well to the right, across the center part, instead of running straight back.
On the right side of the center part a front section is pulled sideways above the hair line, continuing the almost horizontal line along the top of the forehead. Strands behind this section are lifted and drawn to the right. Side layers make a long curve outwards, leaving the upper face and hair line exposed and sweeping in to the cheek, and out again, on a level between the mouth and nose.
Opposite, left of the part and left of the pseudo-quiff, the hair is drawn down over the temple in a wave that curves suddenly out around the ear, and in again to the corner of the jaw.
Long, wavy hair gains width and volume as it bends in towards the throat and descends to the shoulders.
Hair Style: down
Hair Length: long
Hair Texture: wavy
Hair Color: blonde
