Joy Lauren's Hair Style:

Actress and celebrity Joy Lauren, well known to TV viewers for her role as Danielle Van De Kamp in Desperate Housewives, has long, curly hair in an updo or up style. Her hair color is reddish dark brown.

The hair is parted on the left.

A front section, right of the part, creates a straight line along the top of the forehead.

The larger part of this section, above the middle of the forehead, is first lifted to create extra height and is then drawn backwards like a quiff, but angled gently to the right instead of running straight back.

A small section on either side of the part, at the very front, is pulled loosely down and to the side in a tapering curl, crossing the hair line and curving away from the temple, then back in towards the lower cheek.

At the temples and sides the hair is drawn backwards more or less horizontally, so that it tucks behind the ears or flows just over the top of them.

The length of the hair, gathered at the back, expands to build a curly, tousled profile round the top of the head, while stray wispy locks play around the neck.
