Jane Krakowski's Hair Style:

Actress and celebrity Jane Krakowski, who plays Jenna Maroney in 30 Rock, has long, straight hair in an updo or up style. Her hair color is blonde and light brown over a dark base, with platinum blonde highlights.

From the broader section of hair, right of the part, a couple of long, slender strands at the front are drawn forward and down, crossing the forehead in a steep curve that bends away from the open side of the face. These strands cover half the eyebrow and partly conceal the eye, then change direction to an upward arc and cross the line of the cheek half way down.

Behind these wispy front bangs, a more substantial section of hair curves around the edge of the forehead, continues down the cheek in a face-narrowing manoeuvre, then sweeps out again to cover the ear, wrapping under it and curving round the side of the head.

The initial curve of this section is precisely mirrored opposite by a lock that is highlighted to achieve maximum misdirection (we see the graceful curve, rather than the uneven hair line beneath it), creating a dome shape at the forehead which is quite symmetrical, but situated left of center.

On this side the hair from further back also wraps round the ear. But this is the narrow side of the part and the hair isn't long enough to reach all the way round the bottom of the ear. This loss of symmetry is disguised by a tuft of hair drawn out sideways, over the base of the ear.
