The hair is parted to the left of center.

At the temples and sides the hair is drawn backwards more or less horizontally, so that it tucks behind the ears or flows just over the top of them.

On the right side, a lock of hair at the front is drawn across the forehead on an angle. It crosses the hair line well above the ear, creating a shallow curve over the forehead.

On the smaller, left side of the part, a front section is pulled briefly sideways then flicked back over the longer layers behind.

All the strands drawn behind the head are fastened high at the back, so that the hair forms a rounded but gently tousled shape above the ears.
