Our gallery of celebrity hair up dos begins with someone very special indeed.
She might not have a perfume brand but Dayanara Torres is right up there with Barbie!
Former Miss Puerto Rico, former Miss Universe, latin style singer, talk show host, reporter for Access Hollywood and cast member of The Young and the Restless, Miss Torres can boast The Dayanara Doll that took Puerto Rico and the Philippines by storm. And she cares about the planet. In 2004 she handed one slightly used husband to Jennifer Lopez, just four days after his withdrawal from service. Recycling! Way to go, Dayanara!
Ashley Jones has been on TV since she was 17 and stars in The Bold and the Beautiful, but here she stakes her claim to the award for Most Intriguing Pout for the Camera - what IS she thinking in Picture 8?
Not that it matters. I think Ashley Jones is gorgeous, despite her funny up do in Picture 4. And her sideways glance in Photo 2? That makes me go weak at the knees!
Elizabeth Mitchell found fame early as Harvest Queen nominee in Pittsfield Massachussetts, but then had to become Elizabeth Banks because someone else in acting already had her name.
What a nuisance!
And people still think she's Julie Bowen, even after her appearance as bookseller Beth in The 40 Year Old Virgin! Unbelievable!
Tracey E. Bregman first appeared on television in 1978. She's still as Restless as Dayanara Torres but not so Young any more, which might be a problem if she wasn't so Bold and Beautiful as well.
Leven Rambin, on the other hand, is just starting out. Still at school, she scours celebrity websites every day for news of herself.
How cute!
In between science projects and history essays she finds time to appear in All My Children with Kentucky's own Chrishelle Stauss, and The Book of Daniel.
Poseidon star Mia Maestro, born in Argentina, numbers Salma Hayek among her friends. But that doesn't make her shallow. She studied acting and vocal technique in Berlin. So there!
On-screen sisters, real life friends and Buffy the Vampire Slayer co-stars Michelle Trachtenberg and Sarah Michelle Gellar are together again in the bottom row. In fact they have it all to themselves, them and their up dos, cause they look so beautiful!
Then there's Sarah Jessica Parker.
