Actress Maria Bello will have turned heads at the Directors Guild Awards with this attractive, stylish and - well, sexy hairdo.

It's simple but glamorous, loose but carefully styled, and versatile enough to suit any occasion.

Maria's long, straight hair is parted off-center and drawn around the face in deceptive symmetry. One side tucks behind the ear beneath longer layers that bend away from the cheek and curve in again beneath the chin.

The other side falls more directly, tucking in close to frame the cheek, while a strand at the front, uplifted at the hair line, echoes the out again in again curve of the opposite side. On both sides Maria's hair becomes wavy at the tips, swirling inwards to meet beneath her chin.

It's almost an oval built round her face. But of course it's off-center, and that's the trick!

Maria Bello's hair color is blonde with pale blonde highlights, and tips and streaks in medium brown.
