Producer and writer Ellen Spiro wears a loose, medium length hair style giving pride of place to her natural corkscrew curls.

Ellen's amazing, extremely curly hair is parted off-center and allowed, on one side, to fall straight past her temple and cheek. On the other side, gently lifted at the part, her hair curves over the top of her head and tumbles down. A couple of corkscrews fall away from the rest, drifting forward onto her forehead and touching the corner of her brow.

It's beautiful hair but it's not the best style for Ellen's face. In a way her hair seems almost detached; rather than complementing her face, it remains apart from it. Corkscrews and spirals as defined as these need an understanding stylist, someone who can match their gorgeous shapes properly to the face of their lucky owner.
