Actress Mariska Hargitay, Detective Olivia Benson of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, wears a stylishly messy updo to the Primetime Emmy Awards.

The front section of Mariska's hairstyle sweeps across in a broad swathe that covers her forehead, one eye and much of her cheek, and runs across the darker, more tightly drawn lines of the back section. Above the crown her hair is tousled, loose and high.
